Many hotels in Palmdale, California, welcome visitors to bring furry family members on their travel adventures. Since most of the local parks and trails are dog-friendly—like Sam Yellen Park & Dog Park—Fido will have just as much fun on a getaway to the Antelope Valley as the rest of the family. Here’s where to spend the night in Palmdale with your pet.

DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale

Pets under 50 pounds are welcome at this property in designated rooms for a $50 fee. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness, and business center. But don’t let them eat the hotel’s famously warm chocolate chip cookies…since dogs aren’t supposed to eat chocolate!

Element Palmdale

Up to two pets under 25 pounds can stay in a single room at Element Palmdale for $50 per night. A water bowl and a pet basket is included in your stay. Humans get guest rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and access to an on-site fitness center, free bike rentals, a heated outdoor pool, a patio with barbecue areas, and an evening reception.
