High Desert Beer & Wine Festival

The High Desert Beer & Wine Festival returns to Palmdale on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, transforming the Palmdale Amphitheater into a vibrant 80’s-themed celebration of sips and sounds. Sample the finest craft brews and wines in California, savor local culinary delights, and dance the night away to live music.

Participating Breweries & Wineries
It’s no secret Southern California’s brewery scene is booming, so you can expect beer styles across the board, from hoppy and hazy IPAs to rich stouts, refreshing pilsners, and Mexican-style lagers.
Our inaugural festival showcased 20 breweries and eight wineries, featuring flavors from Kern, Ventura, San Diego, and Los Angeles counties. Participating breweries included 818 Brewing, Bravery Brewing, Brewyard, Local Craft Beer, Lucky Luke, Transplants and Westlane, alongside craft cider makers like Anna’s Cider and Honest Abe’s Cider House. Local wineries included Golden Star Vineyards, Thief & Barrel, and others, each highlighting the Antelope Valley's distinct wine-making process fueled by our desert soils that produce one-of-a-kind flavors.

Event Highlights
Dust off the fanny packs and neon leg warmers for an epic 80’s-themed bash! Jam to live bands and DJ sets pumping out throwback tunes while you sip on craft brews and vinos from California’s hottest spots. Bonus points for rocking the best hairspray-fueled 'do. The annual festival will also feature food trucks for when you get hungry, plenty of neon lighting for dancing, and games to keep everyone entertained.
How to Buy Tickets
Guarantee your spot at the fest by purchasing tickets in advance on the Palmdale Amphitheater website. As with other Palmdale Amphitheater events, tickets are limited, so plan ahead to avoid missing out! You can purchase early bird tickets at a discounted price, and the festival also offers VIP passes that give guests exclusive early access. The festival is 21+ and IDs are required upon entry.
